You'll be welcomed and guided from the moment you arrive at the parking lot door, then accompanied until you enter the apartment.
1) LOCATION:
.T3-cabin for 6 real beds, with a large bay window offering a breathtaking view of the slopes, double orientation East and South allowing continuous sunshine from morning to evening.
. On the 1st floor with elevator, in a recent luxury residence (delivered in 2015).
. A detachable chairlift awaits you 50m downhill to take you to the top of the resort at 2400m.
. the "skyvall" gondola link is located 50m from the residence: Loudenvielle, its lake, shops and spa center can be reached in 9'.
. Secure toboggan run for children and "Piou-Piou" area just opposite the residence.
. ESF office and lesson meeting point 50m away, visible from the terrace.
. Ski equipment rental, Spassio-balnéo (access only during school vacations, subject to change, please ask directly at reception), bakery, restaurants and doctor's surgery on the residence's ground floor.
2) EQUIPMENT:
. 1 fully-equipped kitchen: large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, extractor hood, electric and piston coffee makers, toaster, kettle, 1 raclette machine, main condiments provided (salt, pepper, mustard, oils, vinegars, powdered sugar, coffee, tea and herbal tea pods), plus all household essentials (including dishwasher tablets and detergent pods).
. 2 large bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 160x200 (comforters 220x240, pillows 65x65) and built-in storage.
. 1 bedroom-cabin with 2 bunk beds 90x190 (comforters 90x190, pillows 65x65) and built-in storage. The high bed is not suitable for children under six (decree 95-949 of 25/08/1995).
. 1 dining area with 80x180 table.
. 1 bathroom with Italian-style whirlpool shower and massage jets, towel warmer and hairdryer.
. 1 lounge area with 100 cm wall-mounted flat-screen TV, DVD blu-ray player, Bluetooth/USB radio-CD player. Possibility of renting 1 Wi-Fi box from the Maison de Peyragudes located in the hamlet of Balestas at the entrance to the resort, 300m walk from the Valnéa residence (contact them directly for confirmation).

. We leave a few board games, CD-books for children, DVDs for the general public and hiking guides.
3) OUTSIDE:
. Large 12 m² south-facing terrace facing the slopes, equipped with garden furniture, snow shovel and toboggan.
. Ski-room on ground floor with private ski locker. Skis can also be secured outside the locker: in this case, please provide a padlock.
. 1 parking space on the -1 covered level with immediate access to the elevator or staircase (15m away).
4) A FEW REMINDERS:
. Pets of any size are not allowed.
. The apartment is strictly NO SMOKING.
. Ski boots, skis and poles are FORBIDDEN in the residence and therefore in the apartment.
. Don't forget to put the comforters on the beds in the fitted covers you'll need to bring with you (bed linen and household linen not supplied).
. POSSIBILITY TO ORDER DRAPS AND TOWELS PACKAGE FROM OUR ACCOUNTANT, prices on request.
. The tourist tax will be calculated at the time the contract is drawn up, according to the number of adults present, and will be payable in addition to the rent.
. The deposit required is 750 € and will be cashed 1 month before your arrival, and returned within two weeks.
. The rent does not include the MANDATORY "cleaning" service, which is provided by a professional company (except July and August), at the rate of 110€, to be paid in addition to the rent.
