In the modern (2016) VALNEA residence at the foot of the slopes, enjoy a comfortable 2nd-floor apartment of 50m2 + balcony of 13m2 with:

- 1 master bedroom (13m2 with a 160cm bed)
Spacious, relaxing and featuring a large closet and separate window with views of the resort.

- 1 children's cabin (4m2 with 2 90cm bunk beds, max weight 50kgs)
With storage space for their clothes.

- 1 living room (19m2) with sofa bed (140cm) with a large bay window overlooking the resort slopes. Great view!
With a dining table (with extensions) + 6 chairs, a storage shelf, a china cabinet.
The living room has a flat-screen TV, wifi.

A kitchenette is integrated into the living room with: traditional oven, microwave oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. ...
The bathroom has a whirlpool shower. There is a hair dryer, towel dryer.
The toilets are separate with a washing machine/dryer.
The apartment is equipped with a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

A common ski room on the ground floor is available with a specific locker locked with a key dedicated to this apartment.

A numbered garage space is reserved for the apartment in a secure parking lot beneath the residence accessible with a magnetic beeper.

This apartment is in the heart of the resort and everything is within walking distance.
You've got a bakery, restaurants, an intersports center to rent skis etc. ... on the ground floor of the building!
And even, the icing on the cake: the "Spassio": a swimming pool / thalassotherapy area also at the foot of the building! (The entrance fee is not included in the rental price)

The price includes cleaning.
The household linen (sheets + towels + tea towels) is not provided.

The apartment is for non-smokers.
Pets are not allowed.

The Peyragudes resort (1600-2400) is one of the highest in the Pyrenees. However, to guarantee snow cover, 220 snow cannons have been installed.
It has 60kms of pistes on a 1500-hectare estate. With 9 chairlifts, 4 of which are detachable, and 8 ski lifts, it's a natural winter sports destination.

Peyragudes is also a top summer destination, with a multitude of magical walks to enjoy. A regular stopover on the route of the Tour de France, the Lac de Génos just 15 minutes away by car, its "Ludéo" water park, its "Ludic Parc" children's park and, for older children, the Balnéa thalassotherapy center with its many pools and treatments (also open in winter).
