This beautifully renovated 30m² studio offers a bright living room opening onto a large balcony with views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.
The living room has a 140cm BZ sofa bed, a TV and a dining area.
The recent kitchen is fully equipped with:
toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, pressure cooker, Magimix food processor, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge.
In the entrance hallway, you'll find an alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) and a bathroom with toilet.
Pets not accepted.

Access to the central terrace on the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: linen rental, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
Custody deposit 260 euros (credit card imprint).
