This 32m² studio is ideally located in the heart of the Gourette resort, on the 6th floor of a residence with elevator.
The living room features a double sofa bed, a TV and opens onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The kitchenette is equipped with a combi vitroceramic hob/oven, microwave, fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster.
In the entrance hallway, you'll find an alcove with four bunk beds (90x190) as well as a shower room with separate WC.

Pets not accepted.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: linen rental, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
Custody deposit 260 euros (credit card imprint).
