This pretty 28 m² studio is ideally located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, right in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The bright living room with TV and sofa, fold-out bed for 2 people, opens onto a balcony offering a beautiful view of the ski area.
The kitchenette is equipped with vitro hob, oven, top fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.
You'll find an alcove with two 160 cm bunk beds.
Washroom with shower, sink, mirror and separate WC.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: linen rental, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
