This pretty 28 m² studio is ideally located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, right in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The bright living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 people, opens onto a balcony offering a beautiful view of the ski area.
The kitchenette is equipped with vitro hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.
You'll find an alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) accompanied by their storage drawers and closets.
Washroom with bath, washbasin, mirror and separate WC.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be forbidden (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops will be possible via a traffic lane.
