This spacious 40m² apartment offers a living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains.
The living room includes a sofa clic clac (2021) for two people as well as a TV.
The kitchenette is equipped with vitro hob, microwave, mini oven, large fridge/freezer, Senseo electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
You'll find a closed alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), storage cupboard and closet.
The shower room and WC are separate.
Ski locker.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane. Access by stairs, distance from the slopes 50 meters.


Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: rental of sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
Custody deposit 260 euros (credit card imprint).
