In LA MONGIE, in a quiet residence 900 m from the resort center, 200 m from the slopes and the first ski lifts, 3-star 28 m² ground-floor studio cabin facing south.
7 m² terrace. Sleeps 4, 2 bunk beds in cabin separated by a door. Living room with sofa bed (160/200), TV, Wifi, kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, multifunction microwave... Bathroom, separate WC, ski locker, laundry in residence.
Pool, fitness room in season
Private covered parking (H 1.95 m).

Guarantee deposit
- By way of guarantee and as security for any damage that may be caused to the premises or to the furniture and/or objects furnishing the premises, the tenant will pay the sum of : THREE HUNDRED EUROS (300€). This sum will not be required if:
- No furniture, object or linen is missing, damaged or soiled, or, if this is the case, its repair or replacement by identical is agreed with the lessor who has accepted it;
- the premises have not suffered any damage and are returned in clean condition (cupboards, garbage cans and refrigerators empty of waste, sanitary facilities, household appliances, crockery, etc ...).
If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the full amount.
