When you open the door of this apartment, renovated in 2020, you'll feel right at home... We've thought of everything to make your stay a pleasant one! The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook with complete peace of mind. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs: 2 90cm beds and a 140cm bed with excellent bedding. Baby equipment is also available (cot, bath, booster seat), not to mention washing machine and dryer. After an active day, enjoy Wifi or Netflix on your connected TV. And above all, what a breathtaking view of the mountains, the village and the Lys gondola! The icing on the cake: a relaxing break on the fully-equipped balcony (deckchair, table and chairs) will leave you speechless!

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Beautiful T3 duplex apartment located on the 1st floor (access by stairs).

Upstairs, two real bedrooms (no alcoves) with 2 single beds in the children's bedroom and a double bed in the parents' bedroom. New bedding (latex mattresses, slatted bases, comforters and pillows). Storage cupboards in each bedroom. Children's games and books available. TV with Chromecast in bedroom with 2 single beds (no TV reception, only broadcast via mobile or games console monitor). PVC window with shutters in the children's bedroom and Velux window with blackout curtain in the parents' bedroom.

On the ground floor:
- Entrance hall with cupboards and large coat rack. Space for shoes and cleaning utensils. Access to the first floor via a wooden staircase.
- Bathroom renovated in late 2023 with thermostatic mixer shower, vanity unit, mirror with demister and built-in Bluetooth
enclosure, 8 Kg washing machine/dryer (no more waiting at the laundromat...) hairdryer and towel radiator.
- Separate WC
- Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, hood and dishwasher. Plates, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, multi-function food processor, croque-monsieur machine, raclette...
- Lounge area with 3-seater sofa, connected Smart TV (Netflix etc...) flat-screen TNT satellite channels, wall sockets for USB recharging.
- 8 m2 covered terrace with 180-degree unobstructed, elevated view of the mountain, village and stream (Gave de Cambasque). The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 chairs (ideal for outdoor dining) and a deckchair for napping.

The apartment has latest-generation electric radiators (inertia). In winter, the radiators are turned on before your arrival to guarantee a pleasant temperature when you hand over the keys.

Other facilities: Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit, private parking space at the foot of the building (not on the street) and private ski locker. For children: baby bath, booster seat and cot are available in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. If you wish, it is possible to rent sheets at an additional cost. Contact us if interested.

Our pet friends are unfortunately not allowed in this accommodation, which is also NON SMOKING.

On arrival, you will be personally guided and welcomed to hand over the keys. The apartment will be cleaned and disinfected. We also provide pillow protectors and single-use undersheets free of charge.

For your convenience, a cleaning charge of €69 is added systematically. On departure, however, we ask you to clean all used equipment, wash dishes and empty the dishwasher, clean the fridge and ovens, and empty the garbage cans.
