This family home, patiently and tastefully renovated, is sure to make your vacation a success. The bright, spacious living room is the ideal place to gather with family or friends around a roaring fire, and enjoy an aperitif with a direct view of the mountains. Sleeping facilities: 3 spacious, stylish bedrooms, with 160cm bedding, and 2 comfortable bunk beds in one for children. A small outdoor area for sunbathing, everything you need for your well-being!

It's located 5 minutes from the town center; for skiers, a 10-minute walk from the gondola; otherwise, a shuttle bus passes the end of the garden and drops you off at the bottom of the lift.
On the first floor, you'll find a spacious entrance hall, 3 bedrooms all equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet; 2 of them have a 160cm bed, and the third a 140cm bed (divisible into two 70cm beds) and a 2 x 90cm bunk bed.
Upstairs, a large living room with sofas, a wood-burning stove (under tenants' responsibility), a library and games area, a south-facing loggia and a fully-equipped kitchen with a large dining table.
Bed linen (anti-mite undersheet), towels and household linen are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cot and high chair. A ski room adjoining the entrance for winter use, garden furniture for summer use.
At the end of your stay, the house should be clean, the kitchen tidy, the dishes put away, the beds unmade.
