Located on the ground floor of the quiet, independent residence "Les balcons du pic d'Anie", rue du Pic d'Arla, opposite the pic d'anie hotel and 50m from the ski slopes, the apartment has a surface area of 40m² (including a 2m² cellar on level -1). It comprises a bedroom + 1 alcove with 2 bunk beds, as well as a main room: living-dining room with open kitchen and large closet. The convertible sofa in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people.
The kitchen and bedroom offer a magnificent view of the valley.
The bathroom features a shower+sink+WC+washing machine.
The cellar, located on level -1, is accessible by elevator.
Parking in front of the residence or in the immediate vicinity.
The residence is accessible via the main entrance and a skier's access on level -1, both equipped with a digicode. 2 sets of keys are at your disposal in a code-operated key box fixed to the apartment's front door.
Hospitality services, provided by local Conciergerie Basquo-bearn Aunamendi, include bedding, a towel kit (bath sheet+towel/pers.), tea towels, hand towels, + provision of various samples of hygiene and cleaning products with the exception of detergent for the washing machine and product for the dishwasher.
A cot + 1 high chair + potty are also available for your young children.

Minimum stay 2 nights:
o 65€/night on weekdays
o 70/night from Friday to Sunday.

- Holiday weeks from 20/12/24 to 05/01/25:
o (2nights minimum): 125€/night.

- Winter school vacations from 08/02/2025 to 10/03/2025:
o Minimum 7-night stay booked from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 11am: 945€.

- Spring vacations from 05/04/25 to 05/05/25
Stay minimum 2 nights:
o 60€/night on weekdays
o 65/night from Friday to Sunday.

- Summer vacations from 05/07/25 to 01/09/25
Stay minimum 2 nights:
o 65€/night on weekdays
