- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x190) with direct access to a bathroom (including 1 bathtub, 1 sink, 1 towel dryer and 1 WC) (high chair & cot available)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) with direct access to a shower room (including 1 sink and 1 shower and 1 towel dryer)
- 1 editing area in the hallway with bunk bed (90x190)
- 1 separate WC
Each bedroom is equipped with comforters and pillows.
Large parking area, at the bottom of the residence, free of charge
Free shuttles at the top of the parking area allowing access to the foot of the slopes and lifts.
Ski return possible via a blue slope accessible to all.
Shops nearby: supermarket, restaurants, bakery, equipment rental, local products - souvenirs and tourist office.

Rental by the week in February, by the night on request in January and March only.

The Peyragudes area comprises a vast skiable domain that stretches over 2 slopes. It is linked to the village of Loudenvielle (900m) by the Skyvall in 9minutes.
It offers an ideal setting for vacations with friends or family, sporting or relaxed.
It offers modern facilities (snowpark, beginners' zone, Nordic area...) and snowmaking is ensured by numerous snow cannons.
A wide range of activities are on offer:
Winter:
cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, dog-sledding, various snow sports, children's play areas and leisure center, ski lessons, grooming or skiing with pisteurs, high-altitude restaurants, relaxation areas at the foot of the slopes or at Balnéa in Loudenvielle (accessible by chairlift: skyvall).
Summer:
Biking, mountain biking, hiking, Balnéa via the skyvall, rock climbing, fishing, paragliding
