Apartment located in the Piau Engaly ski resort, at the foot of the slopes, in the "le village" residence. Facing due east, it enjoys superb sunrises at breakfast.

The apartment (33m2 loi carrez and 38m2 habitable) comprises:
- on the first floor: 3 sleeping areas with doors. In the first, a bunk bed. In the second, a 140x190 double bed. In the third, 2 adjoining 90*200 beds. There is also a large storage cupboard
- on the ground floor: a living room with TV, a kitchenette with induction hob, a bathroom with shower. A baby cot is available.
- a large balcony where it is possible to have lunch

The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a small oven, a filter and Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a raclette machine, a TV, 1 cot.

Located on the first floor about. 2.5m (no direct view into the apartment), with no apartment above (no footstep noise above).
The apartment is not on the roadside.

Access to the beginners' area is by taking the chairlift up the blue runs or by taking a free shuttle bus, which stops at the foot of the residence. Access to the center of Piau is 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car or shuttle.
The resort closes the Engaly chairlift from April 1 to 21, 2025, so access to the slopes is by shuttle during this period.

The apartment sleeps 6 but we advise against sleeping more than 4 adults.

Deposits for bookings made less than 7 days before arrival must be paid by bank transfer.
