This 2-star tourist office studio (18 m²) is located in the Les Oursons I residence, on the 2nd floor with elevator and private parking, 100 meters from the downhill ski slopes and shops of the Pierre Saint Martin resort (64).
Entering the studio, you'll find a fully renovated shower room with toilet. In the alcove, a bunk bed (for two 80 cm beds) and in the living room, a 140 cm sofa bed for two other beds. Part of the living room is panelled to match the rest of the studio, and a bay window opens onto a small south-facing balcony with a view of the village and the Pic d'Anie. The kitchenette is brand-new, and the carpet has been replaced by floating parquet.
Ski storage on the first floor of the residence.
